What is Khruptang in Ahom?
I heard that it is wrong but still in all Ahom Events I see it written everyone and in facebook people still say Khruptang. Can anyone pls explain if it is correct greeting or not?

Yes it is completely wrong as explained in the pseudo Ahom article. The original greeting was 𑜁𑜤𑜆𑜫 𑜈𑜩𑜨 - khup boi. The man-tais (Phake Khamyang etc) say khuppai - khup/คุก meaning to kneel and boi/wai/pai ไหว้ meaning to bow or greet. But the Ahom grandpas were afraid that if they just said khuppai the Phake Khamyang will think they are copying from them so they mindlessly invented their own word - khruptang and somehow it took off. But if you want to just greet anyone just simply say Mai Sung Kha like all Tai people today. Hope it helps
