In Tai language, kəla is used to refer to foreigners in general and Indian people in particular. The woman in the video says သင်ၵလႃးၶဝ်ႈၶၢႆသင်လီဢိူဝ်ႈၶႃႈၼေႃႈ meaning if an Indian sells anything it is good.
She captions the video as လႅပ်ႈၶၢႆလီၵလႃးၵဝ်ႇၶႃႈၼေႃႈ meaning the Old Indian is a good seller,. This word kəla later became the Assamese slur kela, but in Shan State and Myanmar it is still used in derogatory way for Indians.
