I have an issue with payment method. I choose to pay with master card, but it fail due to the identification method. Then I try to pay with google pay, but i wait it too long. Can you please help me fix this issue.

The payment timed out because it requires manual approval. When you select Google Pay on our website, a payment request is sent to your mobile device. You must physically open the Google Pay app on your phone and approve the payment within 5 minutes, otherwise, it will expire.
Please try the Google Pay method again, keeping your phone handy to approve the notification immediately. Let me know if you run into any other issues
สวัสดีครับ ขอบคุณสำหรับความช่วยเหลือครับ แต่ว่าอาจจะเพราะว่าผมยังอายุ 19 ปีครับ ทำให้ผมไม่สามารถชำระผ่านระบบ UPI บนระบบออนไลน์ได้ บางทีการโอนเงินเข้าบัญชีธนาคารของคุณโดยตรงจะพอทำได้ ถ้าผมอยากจะโอนเงินผ่านบัญชีธนาคารจะเป็นไปได้ไหมครับ ส่วนเรื่องการส่งไฟล์หนังสือเราสามารถตกลงกันภายหลังได้ครับ Hello, thank you for your help! Since I am only 19 years old, I cannot pay using the online UPI system. Would it be possible for me to transfer the money directly to your bank account instead?
